First sit of the year. Up a tree on Camp Lejeune. Nice breeze hitting my right eye. Up a tree is wonderful. Seeing no deer is just a bonus

First sit this year, and first sit ever on this property. Watching a good trail with old rubs scattered about. Edge of a little thick area in planted pines. Winds all over the place, I’ll be happy if I see one, good luck.
And it’s not near cold enough here.

Wind is null here! Right next to the lake and not even a breeze! I’ve heard no acorns fall, but the ground is loaded with briars and trails.

One of my "targets" is a 9+ year old buck that I missed as a giant 2 years ago. I have him dead to rights at 20 yds right now but put the bow back down.

Waiting on his buddy who's a decent 4.5yo 6 point I guess.
