NW Florida goes until end of month, but I’m D O N E. Time for some fish. I’ll never understand why we can kill five bucks here but only 2 doe. Pretty evening yesterday. About to go run the boat and do some shell hunting.

In other news, also put deposit on a euro stag hunt for 2025. Pretty excited.

For clarification FL allows 5 total deer, of which a max of 2 can be antlerless.

5 bucks & 0 does
4 bucks & 1 doe
3 bucks & 2 does

It is archery, crossbow and muzzleloader only from 2/19 through 2/25.

If one can scrounge up 5000 private contiguous acres, single owner or a cooperative of multiple owners, it is possible to get more than the standard 2 doe tags through the Private Lands Deer Management Program.

Headed to calhoun county for the last weekend. Don't need anymore deer so it will have to be a monster. Mainly on pig patrol.
