Daddy`s was made from a section of round heavy pipe with blades welded to it. My Uncle made it for him and later modified it from being pulled by the mule to where it could be hitched to the Super A.

I have 3 of this type stalk chopper in my rust collection. I think they were primarily designed for cotton stalks.

Not too bad Bob, now just keep a close eye for further invasion as it has some openings and in a weakened state. A little more vulnerable to other pests also, which could be anything, even a different weed.
