Hunted a buck all last year while I was working at the processor nearby. Had 2 chances at him and couldn’t close the deal. One bring 30 yards away but couldn’t get a shot on him. Was an absolute STUD of an 8. 2 days later after not capitalizing on him at 20 yards, he was dropped off at the processor….

Posted him in the bow forum, but I finally got him Saturday after a looong time and a couple of years. Had an encounter with him in early Nov and thought he was gone for good after spooking him going in one day. A doe helped me Saturday. When they get that old they become different and don’t get enough credit. It’s truly fascinating to me, their behavior.
