I’m not a true collector but i have acquired a few calls over the years. I still hunt with the majority of these at one time or another.
Nic , the Scott’s cutter I have is a pretty close to being a twin to yours.

I see you have one of Ben Lees Super Hens. Killed a bunch with it when I first got mine. Got it put up now don't want to crack or bust it up like a few others I have seen.

I’m on his List this the last trumpet of his I’m waiting on. He’s one of my favorite, my Buice horns get results as far as hunting calls.

I’m on
Lumma, AGE, Hamon, LF Cox some of these has already been over a year of waiting, got on Hamons list just after Unicoi and he just won Tom Turpin in Nashville.

My favorite hunting calls are a Buice BloodWood or a Permar .45 delrin.

well thats it boys. thanks Dupree for inspiring me to go thru my calls. Hope I didn't bore everyone. Most all of the calls I have kept are outstanding. There might be a couple that are just ok. I have played a bunch of calls over the years. There are a few callmakers' calls that I thought were top notch that I just don't have. There are other so called big names that are just fair to me. IMHO many calls being made today are overpriced, but with folks buying em can't say as I blame them. If you have any questions or want my opinion let me know.

Also , think when I retire and my wife and I move to the country, a nice display cabinet might b nice. <maybe put some knives in there too

Redbeard… haven’t heard that name in a long time. What’s he up to? Still amoung the living? He’s been out to my property hunting a few times years ago. Thinking way back, Doug Camp had been out hunting as guest one too not long after turkey hunting became legal in Crawford co

He was still alive and well at Unicoi. I see him post calls on Facebook from time to time also.

I’ve got that same Vaughn terminator call . I use to love to go to his house in McRae and play with his calls when I lived down that way .

I went by and picked up these yesterday. Lonnie is almost out of calls and I'm not sure how many more he will be able to make with some of his health issues.
