Oh why not?
I’m at the lease in southern IL for the opener. Have a few hours of freedom and figured I’d try to kill a doe or 11. Probably hunt till 10, do a little stand maintenance and haul booty back to the house for a slice of pizza a cold beer and some football.
I’m in a ladder sitting on a tiny woods opening with standing late beans to the north and bedding all around.
It’s a cool 59 with a 4mph iffy ene breeze in my left ear. I say ifffy because of the N part. That may hurt me.
Still a half hour before breaking light altho the moon is wide open so it may come quicker. Good luck everyone hanging on the sides of trees.
