Choke and Shell recommendations

Hey guys I haven't hunted in a few years and I know the technology seems to evolve constantly.

I have a Remington 870 20 gauge with a Remington Super Full? and I have been using the Federal Heavyweight #7

I'm curious if that is still a good combo and looking for recommendations on a 12 gauge choke and shell.

BTW- I apologize in advance for the coming argument that will likely take place over this

Those are the shells I and many others shoot. Not sure about the SF choke. My full choke is almost too tight at closer ranges. Shoot it and see what you get at 40, 20 and 10 yds. Good luck.
