Got a "tilt-a bed" and keep the foot and head raised... sleep like a taco. Not my ankles just calves that I'm worried about.

My doctor is a idiot. Every 6 months it's a blood pressure test, a blood let'n, and "Blood pressure's too high.. quit drinking.. and most of all quit dip'n." That's all I hear.
