Some type of fungal infection but I'm too lazy to Google it.

I learned last night that I have gained 12# in the last week.
Time to decide if I'm going to keep lifting or not.

True. If you don't get and stay serious bad things happen though.
I been there. It's hard going from 150 to 190 and then stopping.

PawPaw would tell you "Thems water spots. What happens when you water plants and then the sun comes out. Like have'n a magnify'n glass on em, boy. That's why you water just before dark." Messed up and asked him once "What happens if it rains in the middle of the day and the sun comes out?" Sure learned a lesson that day... his hand was as big as my head.

Many moons ago in another life I could bench press over 500 pounds.

Then I joined the married with children lifestyle.
