I think a lot of fans think that the transfer portal will even college football out, but the fact is the good teams like Bama or OSU will get who they want in places of need. Getting Gibbs is a safe bet compared to a 4 star RB straight out of high school. He is in the mold of Alvin Kamara and I would like to have seen him in red and black, especially since he is a local Dalton kid. It would have been neat to see McConkey and Gibbs starting at UGA at the same time.
