Good morning folks!
Nice and cool this morning. Headed to the new stand I put up yesterday. May or may not have a signal. Had a pretty good one on camera there last night. Just put cam out yesterday. Good sign.
Got a 30 minute drive. Headed out.

Monroe county county hunting OTG this morning can look down a long roadway between thick pines

Sitting in an oak flat in Sumter County. Son is nearby over young planted pines. Got in just a few mins ago after getting him situated. Bumped a doe on way in. Had her in sights but not what I am looking for. Cold and still. Hope it is a good one!

Watching edge of clearcut. Did not have the best entry in stand - crossed creek, water went above boot. Cold left foot.

This is the direction i expect the bucks to come through. Very thick. Just had doe browse through - she is still down there but i cant see her. Hope she is hot?

Mama & two fawns came through about 0715. Nothing since. I hear Jays squawking at something about 300 yds away. Wish I had worn some real(insulated) boots this morning

Still loving my new DryShods. Glad I got them. I hate cold feet.

Chilly here at 2,200’. Had a doe messing with me for a half hour. She knew something wasn’t right and kept checking me out. Hope her older bro comes through.
