Back then it didn't matter. The stuff was GOOD! I read many a cereal box.

HA! Been there, done that for a while. We had the big bag of puffed rice generally. And nothing goes with cheap cereal like powdered milk!

Used to get the cereal variety pack from Harvey’s. Think it was a 6 or 8 pack. Different sugary breakfast every morning, that flint stone vitamin off set the sugar.
