But what you are not processing is that Kirbys tenacious recruiting is stacking talent deep where CMR occasionally got a stud Kirby has then stacked up, so yeah it’s time to produce.
Any of you haters would take 52-14 all day long and tomorrow, too. While there are some similarities between the 2 coaches us Dogs think CKS has a much higher ceiling than CMR.

Sure...you have the benefit of looking at it in 2021 after seeing how Richt's tenure played out after 15 years. I'm sure, back in 2005, you Dogs thought Richt had a lot higher ceiling too after his first 5 years. Right?

Just thought ya'll might see the wisdom of waiting to declare Kirby as the next Nick Saban just based on his first 5 years. Seeing how the other guy worked out.

A wise man said once "those who don't learn from history are destined to repeat it"...or something like that. Maybe Kirby ends up winning 20 National Championships. He's good and delivered about everything but a national championship in his first 5 years. But so did Mark Richt.

Fair points DW and J12 but only one team can win it all and while CKS works to rid UGA (and himself) of the Clemsoning cloak, he is at least knocking on the door while most teams (including AU and FSU) are mostly invisible and a non entity these days. Kirby has Undoubtedly ramped up our talent level considerably so we will see if he can take the Dogs to the top or not.

Yea, but both those teams you mentioned have had natties in the past 11years too, once less than 10. So, invisible or not, it’s not been several decades since. Can Kirby do it? Sure. But it ain’t happened yet. And Nick has only added more since he took over.
